Fantastic! Took two solid days of looking for a property and we found it! Lots of miles and snacks and Eileen helped to locate a perfect property for me and my family. If you are looking for a high energy, super positive, never give up realtor, she's it!

She was very informed about the housing market, knew how much we should price the house for, so that we will have the most people come and look at our house and possibly make an offer, thank you Eileen you are the best!

I can not put into words how awesome my experience with Eileen was. I had been with another company previously and over almost 3 months there was no movement. Eileen came in with the tools, resources and research to get things moving in the right direction!! She helped me get the house in a more appealing condition to buyers. Within 2 weeks we had an offer on the table and settled with the buyers at an amount I was very happy with. This was the first house i ever sold and she worked with me and walked me through the whole process and help negotiate some issues the buyers had from the home inspection. i will definitely be getting back in touch with her when I'm in the market to buy again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!

I originally set my home for Sale by Owner and put a sign on my lawn. That very night, Eileen knocked on my door and asked me if we could talk. I told her that I wanted out of our house and I didn't think we would make any profit. She assured me that the market was good and she could help us. We listened and we are so glad we did! We received a huge amount over what we ever expected and Eileen sold our house in 7 days! I thought it would take a year. She helped us the entire time, telling us what needed to be done and what colors to paint. She was professional and knew what she was doing. I am so grateful that she knocked on our door that night because now I am sitting in our new beautiful house that I never thought was possible. I can't recommend her enough. I can't imagine you could find a better realtor than Eileen. As a first time home buyer she helped us understand every step of the process and was always available for pur questions and concerns. She made looking at house easy and fun! Besides her friendly and fun personality, she knew exactly what she was doing! She was on top of everything as soon as we told her about a house she got us a showing immediately, some only a few hours after asking! She gave us valuable fed back on houses we were looking at. And gave us ideas on what we could do with them, as most of them were fixer upers. She was honest with us and would tell us if she didn't think a house was worth our time or money. She wasnt afraid to ask neighbors about the house and the neighborhood. And was willing to offer whatever we wanted on a house. She always had someone she could recommend for services we needed for the house, like a home inspector etc. She took care of everything for us and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty for us! I would recommend her to anyone I knew and would definitely use her for any future house buying needs.

She did extensive research into the market to find several options for me, and continued to keep me updated with new properties as they came on the market. She was even able to arrange a showing at a property that had been temporarily taken off the market--and that took some doing! She really put in the extra effort to help me find what I wanted.
